Read the overview
| Asset with the notice | What usually stops | Where to look next |
|---|---|---|
| Business portfolio | Every ad account inside it, and new ones | Business Support Home |
| Ad account | Ads in that one account | Account Quality for that ad account |
| Facebook Page | Ads that run from that Page | The Page's quality or status screen |
| Personal profile | Your ability to manage ads anywhere | Your profile's account status |
Fix in this order
- Personal profile, because without it you cannot manage anything else.
- Business portfolio, because it sits above the ad accounts.
- The ad account named in the notice.
- The Page, if ads are blocked from one Page only.
Read the cause before you file
The overview often shows a reason or a policy area. Fix what it points to first, such as a landing page or a missing verification. Meta's own wording says that once a review is completed, the decision can be final, so the first request matters.
If nothing shows
If the overview shows no restricted asset but ads still do not run, check payments and delivery settings. Our page on ads stopped with no notice covers that.
