UK financial services advertiser verification for Meta ads

Meta asks advertisers who promote financial services to people in the UK to verify that they are, or are working with, a firm authorised by the FCA. Until that verification is done, ads can be rejected or delivery limited. Use the authorised firm's exact legal name and reference so the details match the register.

What to have ready

The authorised firm's legal name as it appears on the FCA register.
Its firm reference number.
The relationship between the advertiser and the firm, if they differ.
A landing page that names the firm.

Why it gets rejected

The name on the form differs from the register.
The advertiser is an introducer with no written arrangement.
The business portfolio name does not match either party.

After verification

Recheck rejected ads and request a review only on the ones still blocked. Keep the same business details across the portfolio.
