Documents that are commonly accepted

Business registration or incorporation certificate.
Tax registration document.
A recent utility or bank statement with the business name and address.

Why rejections happen

Names do not match exactly.
The document is out of date.
The address differs from the portfolio.

Resubmitting

Fix the source of the mismatch first. Then submit once with the corrected details.
