Account-level vs ad-level
- Ad-level: one creative or campaign is rejected or limited.
- Account-level: the ad account or profile cannot advertise, often with a policy or special-ad-category line.
- Landing pages, before-and-after claims and unverified health offers often sit behind account-level limits.
Steps
- Screenshot Account Quality for the ad account and the profile.
- Pause or remove ads that make health or results claims you cannot support.
- Fix landing pages: clear contact details, policies and accurate product wording.
- Request one review that names what you changed.
- Do not create a second ad account with the same creatives and payment method.
What not to argue
- That other advertisers run similar ads.
- That zero spend proves the notice is wrong.
- That renaming the Page alone clears a sensitive-category limit.
