What does “ad account disabled” mean?

It means Meta switched the ad account off. Ads stop delivering and you cannot spend from it. The notice usually names a reason, such as a policy, a payment problem or a security signal. A review may be offered, but Meta makes the final decision.

You can often still open it to read the notice and download reports.
