My business portfolio was restricted. What do I do first?

A restricted business portfolio can stop every ad account inside it. Open Account Quality, select the portfolio and read the reason. Request a review if offered, and check who has admin access, because a restricted admin can affect the whole portfolio.

Do this now

Open Account Quality and choose the portfolio.
Read the reason and request a review.
In Business settings, review People and Partners.
Remove anyone you do not know.
Check whether business verification is requested.

What to write

"Business portfolio [ID] for [legal business name] was restricted on [date]. We are a real business at [website]. All admins are listed and use two-factor."
