The usual causes
- Document expired.
- Profile name differs from the ID.
- Part of the document is hidden.
- A scan or screenshot instead of a photo.
If your name changed
Update the name on your profile in line with what Meta allows, or use a document that matches the profile.
If the check offers no retry
Use the option shown in the notice. avoid new profiles made to get around the check.
