Restricted after a login Meta did not recognize

Meta can restrict an account if a login looks unfamiliar. Review recent login activity, log out unknown sessions, secure the profile and complete any identity check. If you did not log in, treat it as a possible hack and follow the hacked account steps.

Open security settings on the admin profile and review devices and locations.

Secure it

Log out of unknown sessions.
Change the password.
Turn on two-factor authentication.
Remove unknown apps and people.

Say so in the review note. Mention the new device or location.
