Meta can link accounts through people, payment methods, devices and business details. A new account tied to a disabled one is a risk signal.
What is fine
Running a separate, properly set up business with its own legitimate admins and payment method is normal. Creating accounts to dodge an enforcement is not.
What to do instead
- Request the review once.
- Fix payment, security and policy issues.
- Once it is back, scale slowly and keep the same payment method and admins.
