My ad account is disabled and there is no appeal button

A missing button usually means you are looking at the wrong asset, you are not an admin on it, or Meta has already made a final decision. Open Account Quality as an admin of the ad account and check every asset listed. If no asset offers a review, the decision is likely final for now.

Do this now

  1. Log in as a person with full control of the ad account.
  2. Open Account Quality and select the ad account, then the business portfolio, then your profile.
  3. Look for Request review on each one. The button can sit on the portfolio or profile, not the ad account.
  4. Screenshot what each asset shows.
  5. If nothing offers a review, contact Meta support from Business Help Center and quote the ad account ID.

What to write

If a review opens: "This ad account [ID] advertises [product] for [business]. We read the Advertising Standards and believe the account was disabled in error. We have [fixed / checked] [the item named in the notice]."
