Business verification documents for the UAE and Saudi Arabia

In the UAE, the trade licence from the mainland economic department or the free zone authority is the usual document. In Saudi Arabia, the Commercial Registration (CR) is the usual base. The English legal name and address must match the portfolio, so check the transliteration carefully.

Documents that usually work

UAE trade licence, mainland or free zone, still in date.
Saudi Commercial Registration certificate.
A tenancy contract (Ejari in Dubai) or utility bill for the address.
A business bank statement in the company name.
