What chat is useful for
- Explaining what a notice or status means.
- Pointing you to the right review or verification form.
- Billing questions, such as a payment that has not posted.
- Technical faults, such as a button that does not load.
What chat usually cannot do
- Lift a restriction or reverse a disabled status on the spot.
- Tell you the exact signal behind an automated decision.
- See every detail of your campaign history. Agents sometimes say they cannot pull up past ad sets or older changes.
Get more out of a chat
- File the review in Account Quality before you open chat.
- Have the ad account ID, the notice wording and the date ready.
- Ask one clear question per chat.
- Save a copy or screenshot of the conversation.
- If the agent says to wait, write down the date and what they said.
If you get the same answer each time
Repeated chats rarely change the outcome. Put the effort into the review request and the documents it asks for. Our review request guide covers what to write.
