Does a disabled ad account get your Facebook profile banned?

Not by itself. A disabled ad account is a restriction on that ad account. Your personal profile can still be used for Facebook. Meta can also restrict a profile from advertising, or disable a profile, as a separate decision, so check each one in Account Quality and treat them as separate reviews.

  2. Look at the ad account, the business portfolio and your profile one by one.
  3. Write down which ones show a restriction and the reason given.
  4. Request a review for each restricted asset that offers one.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can the ad account ban spread to my other ad accounts?

It can if Meta links the problem to your profile or the business portfolio. Check every asset in Account Quality.

Will my Pages still work?

Usually, if your profile is not restricted. Boosting may be blocked if the Page is tied to the restricted account.

Who decides?

Meta makes the final decision on each review.
