Meta’s help for Business Support Home and for a disabled or restricted account is the reference when the menu names move.
When the screens disagree
Account Quality and Ads Manager sometimes describe the same asset differently, or you are looking at a personal ad account rather than one inside the portfolio. Screenshot both before you request a review. A review filed against the wrong asset does not answer the notice you care about.
The disabled hub includes the case where the review button is missing. The portfolio guides cover the case where the block is on the portfolio rather than one ad account.
What to send if you want a second pair of eyes
Send the ad account ID, the portfolio ID if you have it, and a screenshot of the notice. Do not send a password, a login code or a card number. Ads Account Recovery reads that material and says whether a review is the right next step. Meta still decides.
