Unpaid balance and an ad account restriction

If an ad account owes money, Meta can stop ads and restrict the account. Pay the balance shown, make sure the payment method works and then check Business Support Home. If it stays restricted afterwards, request a review once.

Billing and payments lists the outstanding amount and the charge history.

Pay it the way Meta shows

Use the pay-now option or update the method. Keep a screenshot of the receipt.

After paying

Allow the status to update, then check for a remaining restriction. Describe the payment in the review note.
