Ad accounts reported down after payment-card flags

Some advertisers say ad accounts stopped around 27 and 28 October 2026 and blame their payment cards. This is user-reported, Meta has not confirmed it, and card details vary by account. Check billing and the notice on your account instead of relying on posts.
